Centennial Pines Club members are bound by its Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions. It is the homeowner's responsibility to review those documents prior to any construction, tree cutting or vegetation clearing. These documents clearly state the following:
Bylaws, Page 1, Article II, Section 2.
All members shall be deemed to have agreed to uphold the By-Laws, rules regulations and agreements of The Club
Bylaws, Page 2, Article III, B.
The right to use the lake known as Centennial Lake or any of the community facilities owned by or made available to The Club shall be limited to members in good standing
Bylaws, Page 6, Article VIII, Section 2.
All rights and privileges and facilities shall be subject to these By-Laws, Code or Rules and Regulations and Agreements adopted by The Club pursuant thereto
Bylaws, Page 6, Article VIII, Section 3.
Badges, cards, or other membership identification evidenced shall be issued to all members, which shall be subject to revocation at any time for non-compliance with these By-Laws or the Code of Rules and Regulations adopted by The Club
Covenants and Restrictions, Page 6, #5.
That no dwelling house, building or structure of any kind shall be constructed, erected, placed or altered on any lot unless and until a plot plan showing the proposed location and construction plans and specifications have been submitted to and approved by a Rules and Property Committee of the CENTENNIAL PINES CLUB
    The approvals required by these covenants and restrictions shall be in writing before any building or constriction work is commenced, and shall be given within thirty (30) days after so requested in writing, otherwise the application therefor shall be deemed to have been refused

GRANTOR hereby permits GRANTEE the right to use said LAKE for pleasure purposes, provided, however, that GRANTEE is and shall continue to be a member in good standing of the CENTENNIAL PINES CLUB and complies at all times with all the rules and regulations of the CENTENNIAL PINES CLUB

That no tree over four inches (4") in diameter may be cut
